How's the consistency? It seems like it would be difficult to ensure you got the Activist Support with no tutor for it, and the Blackmails are almost dead weight without it.

@Jashay I find 2 is generally enough you want other bits first anyway and the decks a bit smaller which helps, your right that their usually dead without it that's why theirs only 2 Blackmail's in the deck though you do find on odd occasion you can use em thanks to the corp.

Theirs still room for improvement in the deck tho just not sure where.

Express Delivery is something I've been testing in a Paige Piper/Silhouette build. It's very good at improving the odds of getting what you need, when you need it.

As it stands, I'm wondering why this needed to be Silhouette. I suspect Andy would run it better due to her consistency.

Something that might work further down the line is Fan Site and Frame Job. You could then swap out the Qianju PT for Plascrete Carapace and save some influence on I've Had Worse.

As things stand, multiple Account Siphons are probably nearly as effective at denying remote ICE rezzes.

@Jashay the reason its Sil and not Andi is the blackmail Sil's ability means you can run HQ and make sure your not wasting a blackmail on an assets.

Express Delivery is an option worth exploring thanks for that, an yeah more Account Siphon maybe better it works with her ability well 2.

I like the idea, but it sure looks janky as hell :) Activist isn't even Hostage-able, at two copies. Only one Account Siphon, arguably the best reason to get into HQ (since all-central breakers) (yes I know Silhouette: Stealth Operative has her expose ability) and the entire kitchen sink in rigs (Aesops, Mr Li, 1 of everything) makes this look like... Well, the kitchen sink.
