Jaguarundi as a fun little surprise, but I think Doomscroll does basically the same thing.

I put in Freedom of Information over Artificial Cryptocrash because in testing, I found runner often ends up with 2-6 tags by the late game, and you want to close the game if they're in that situation. But in the tournament, I played against a very similar deck (hi @pengguin!), and getting hit with two Cryptocrash over the game was really unpleasant. And only one of the 3 runners I played against floated 2 tags at a point where I could score a Freedom from hand. Scoring a blank Freedom the hard way with Holo Man or your other tricks is really not it. It's up to your preference.

Embedded Reporting is good because we can steal it back with IP and score it the same turn. Maybe we only need one Gaslight since we have Embedded? In any case, I never over-advanced it. I think it's definitely better than 2x Next Big Thing.

I'd like a bit more ice. Funhouse is quite strong at dispensing tags, in general. I'd like it to be a 3x.

I don't love Shipment, but you need 1x to Gaslight for it. I love playing IP, and I wish that was a 3x, but I think that would unbalance the deck a bit too much.

No Bigger Picture - I think that card is only good for its first mode, because if you're removing 2+ tags, you want to be winning the game (e.g. double EotL, Mindscaping + EotL) instead of just making the runner lose money and you gaining money.

The Powers That Be is your main kickflips tool. You score a Stoke the Embers, then you can trigger the Powers "when you score" first to install an agenda, then trigger the Stoke "when you score" to place an advancement counter on it.

I'm concerned that this deck is a bit too diffuse - each card is an ok include on its own, but the money of the deck is spread too thin, and we make the compromise with slots by running relatively few pieces of ice. I get the vibe that Public Access Plaza is probably the worst card in the deck, and it might be better as another Regolith Mining License and some ice.

It's also hard to keep up with runners packing Azimat or even Fencer Fueno. @pengguin was packing a Retribution, which I think is probably better than the The Powers That Be.
