OK this is a fairly simple concept the tries to exploit The Foundry: Refining the Process using multiple copies of many ICE.
Akitaro Watanabe is brilliant with Chimera and pretty much any type of NEXT ice. In the process you make big servers one at a time using multiple ICE with more than one subroutine (Enigma, Ichi 1.0, NEXT Silver, Eli 1.0 and Datapike). Whenever you are comfortable being able to afford it just slap on a Midway Station Grid and tax the runner like crazy. Don't worry about trashing Mr Akitaro once you're comfortable just to put another copy somewhere else and using Jackson Howard to place him back in RnD afterwards.
Will-o'-the-Wisp is great because you can just mess them up big time with Chimera afterwards and Successful Demonstration is surprisingly handy for econ since runners don't mind running naked at first and your barrier of entry is cheap so long as you stop them once.
