Still groping around a little bit here, but I think this is moving in the right direction.

First priorities are magnum opus and torch. Cheat these out with test run / scavenge or SMC + stimhack.

Check any new ice they put out ASAP to keep the corp low on credits.

Endgame is either R&D lock or camping their remote. I like to leave HQ largely unpressured in the early game so that you can land an escher to crack things open. Spooned and escher keep your path clear to whichever server has the winning agenda in it.

Some justifications:

Public Sympathy: Lots of events, so having a big grip is helpful. Helps to recover from stimhacks and to avoid flatlines. I like Public Sympathy and Utopia Shard better than Plascrete Carapace for avoiding flatlines, they are never dead draws.

Levy AR Lab Access: I have found myself losing to cambridge PE a lot, which is annoying.

Inti: anti-wraparound tech, soaks up power shutdowns.

Cyber-Cypher: I've gone back and forth on this. I think they are probably worth including since you can drop one early game to force some rezzes while you draw/assemble the rest of your rig. In a pinch, you can also retarget them with Scavenge to get a surprise remote access.

Would love any suggestions/feedback. I was looking for something that can set up quicker than stealth but still has a strong late game, and clearing/reordering ice to keep kit's ability active seems like the right way to go to me.

Personally, I would get rid of the Cyber-Cyphers and focus on getting torch out as fast as possible.

yeah, they feel kind of awkward. Maybe Quality Time and/or Modded?

Or even Sure Gamble to help you pay for it. If you want to capitalize more on those easy runs once torch is installed, you could add John Masanori
