*** The Challenge *** My friend and I are exploring some of the lesser used IDs in the game and testing our deck building by having a weekly random ID challenge. I'll publish whatever nonsense I come up with each week and some of my thoughts behind it.

After a break for Regionals and Nationals we restarted our random ID challenge and I play The Foundry. There doesn't seem to be too many interesting ways to play this ID. I initially tried to build a Twins kill deck with Brainstorm and Merlin but someone is already trying this is our meta. My other idea was to build a deck to maximise the ID's ability to fire ABT a little more safely (even including 24/7 News Cycle in one build). The Bifrost Arrays help for this too. In the end I decided on a happy medium where I tried to trigger ABT as much as possible without worrying about showing off the killer ICE. A free Brainstorm is hard to break with The Twins behind it surprise or no surprise.

My friend was playing a DLR Andy but got unlucky that all his copies were at the bottom of his deck and I had ICEd up centrals with ABTs early. I managed to score out without The Twins firing once. Kudos to my opponent for going for a random Rebuild to keep with the spirit of the competition :-).

Series so far: 2-1
