Runner deck here: https://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/38920/1-percent-1st-place-chilean-nationals
This deck went undefeated during the whole tournament and only lost in the first game of the finals against a Temüjin Obelus Whiz. It is clearly based on @TheBigBoy 's Sleeper Hold list. Changes are + 3 Fairchild 3.0 (that was brilliant, huh? I came up with it all by myself) and + 1 Hellion Beta Test for killing DLR pieces and watching the face of my opponent as they read the card, for which I cut a Blue Level Clearance that I did miss. The top cut in the tournament was mainly populated by HB decks, Whiz and Val, which prompted some players to joke that HB is OP and should be errataed ASAP. This deck worked really well against the field. I think the key to play the deck well is knowing when you can give up a central server and when you need to hunker down and build your board. Sometimes you have to underprotect HQ, sometimes R&D, but you won't make enough money to cover everything at all times. I know this is true of most corps but it can be particularly relevant here. Also, save Biotic for the late game or a good runner will catch you with your pants down. I found the deck really solid against Val because you have a ton of cards you can bluff as agendas to waste Blackmails.
What makes the deck so fun is the amount of options it gives you, from Jeeves Model Bioroids to SanSan City Grid to Lateral Growth (a card I found really cool and flexible) and Advanced Assembly Lines. I feel like I can only scratch the surface of the cool plays you can make with this deck. Also, Enhanced Login Protocol can be really powerful and oppressive in this deck. Generally, it fulfilled the ethos of the Chilean meta perfectly: play the most viable deck that you can have a lot of fun with.
Videos of the finals are coming, I will add them here as they become available.
Great Job!
