On the chance that you run into a Dr. Vientiane Keeling deck, activate your trap card by throwing down the Hippocampic Mechanocytes and running R&D every turn until one of you concedes from boredom.
Notes
I made this deck to play around with the idea that you just needed two cards to counter Dr. Vientiane Keeling, Captain Padma Isbister: Intrepid Explorer and Hippocampic Mechanocytes. The problem is making it so that the deck do anything else. Sorry if it isn't very good, this is my first time building a Standard legal deck.
Some times you can get really unlucky and draw zero economy cards and just lose.

Always intrigued by a Padma deck! Here are my initial thought (without testing this, as is):
Are there so many Keelings out there, that 3x Hippocampic Mechanocytes is necessary (seriously asking)? How about some other targets for charging, like Hyperbaric or a WAKE Implant v2A-JRJ? You have a lot of multiaccess here, with 2x The Maker's Eye, 2x Deep Dive and Conduit. I would cut some of that and add the third copies of your econ cards.
