Extra Core Set Starter HB

If you've bought a second Core Set, you can make this HB deck from the remaining cards after you've topped up your first Core Set.

This is to have a deck at hand if you want to play Netrunner with your friend(s) who don't own the game. I hope to have a pretty "straightforward" deck ready to play at a moment's notice.

Any input is appreciated as long as you stick to the given requirements (i.e. only use cards left after you've scavenged the second Core Set to top up to 3 cards for your first Core).
