The Best Khan Deck of Iberian Lockdown 2 (4th)

All credit goes to Sanjay, the genius who saved me from having to figure out a runner for the Iberian Lockdown event that I wasn't aware of! I first tried Sanjay's deck when it was NRDB deck of the week last week because I was happy that someone could build a Khan deck that works really well.

I tweaked Sanjay's deck a little by chucking those expensive Daily Casts plus a suspect Embezzle and fitting in Kati Jones, Hostage and swapping an Aesop's Pawnshop for 2 Harbinger - since I can't deal with Aesop's decks without my favourite "what does this actually do" card. Turns out it's useful with Reaver on the board as you draw every time to trash it - and you can trash it TWO times. So much value!

Armitage Codebusting was the last minute addition to bump the money up a little (also Aesop's fodder). It was either that, or cards that either didn't work well with Aumakua or were just plain odd. I looked at Aeneas Informant, Rolodex, Dadiana Chacon, Jackpot!, RNG Key, Technical Writer, Security Testing - the list goes on.

I piloted this to 4th place at Iberian Lockdown 2 with a 3-2 record, including a very jammy win against Mark, top decking an SDS Drone Deployment to win with triple SDS and 0 credits to my name. I lost to cpt_nice's New Angeles Sol: Your News deck (turns out Scarcity of Resources still hurts with this few resources) and to Jinteki Biotech: Life Imagined in the cut where I still forget that Snare is a card.

Highlight was against Seidr Laboratories: Destiny Defined when I ran through a remote with Mason Bellamy installed and 2 Ikawah Project stolen and 2 SSL Endorsement scored. Running through would have made me run out of clicks and R&D was still available. Eventually decided to run through the remote and steal an SSL after 5 minutes of torturous deliberation.
