Zankoku 21

I was told that a "Tropical PE" was a PE deck with no ICE, so I added a twist by slotting in a singleton DNA Tracker and ended up with this.

Pretty self-explanatory, play cards, advance them, and invite the runner to try his luck. Use Mushin No Shin to raise the stakes while saving credits. If you somehow draw the DNA Tracker you can put it on your favorite central.
