Tempo positive card at no cost, with high variance! While it is theme for Nyusha "Sable" Sintashta: Symphonic Prodigy, I think this would fit much better with Ken "Express" Tenma: Disappeared Clone, since it would get an extra credit and it does not do anything for the mark mechanic.

Depending on your deck, it should give you 0 to 8 credits to spend on the run. Most probably, between 1 and 5 credits, while drawing you a card. Not bad! Since it basically act like Overclock, it could probably be splashed in a shaper deck to go alongside Self-modifying Code (maybe).

It is not as good as Bravado, but with the draw, it is slightly better than Overclock if you have a good variance of cost in your deck. If you play only cards that cost 3 or less, it might be as good.

This run event would be a great addition to Ken "Express" Tenma: Disappeared Clone deck. It would pair well with Prognostic Q-Loop (usually with Az McCaffrey: Mechanical Prodigy). I could easily see this splashed in a Kabonesa Wu: Netspace Thrillseeker deck.

Art and quote goes well with the name, even if I really feel this could have been targeted toward a different identity. Still, good design and good card for most criminals.

In Startup Concerto at best is a sort of cantrip, a card that replaces itself and gives you a potential credit bonus.

Whoops, I was gonna add a bit more: I do think it gets a lot better when you can guarantee what the top of the deck will be with something like Test Run!
