First try playing with Adam, my personal favorite of the neutral factions.

The puzzle behind Adam is mitigating his early-game disadvantages, and his biggest ones are Safety First and Always Be Running. To take care of them, we have:

  • Independent Thinking: Key card in this deck. Can be seriously strong early on.
  • Street Peddler: Avoiding the hand size penalty of Safety First, plus discounts!
  • Dr. Lovegood: If you don't have Independent Thinking early, he's just as good. Plus, becomes bait for IT later.
  • Dirty Laundry/The Maker's Eye: Run events to get some more value out of ABR in those first few turns.
  • Brain Chip: If you get lucky and score an agenda you may go the whole game without trashing Safety First.

In my opinion, ABR is a card Adam does not want unless you run an e3 Feedback Implants/Overmind setup, so I'm okay with letting it die for the rest of the game. Safety First and Neutralize All Threats, on the other hand, are great, so you have spare copies in case they get trashed.

I think this deck will be pretty consistent and powerful, especially when you get set up. It's a good mix of early aggression (forced by ABR) and fast rig building and I can't wait to play with it!

EDIT: First Adam build on NRDB!

@skydivingninja You're missing a directive - Always Be Running, which must be included with the other 2. Also, these Directives are not considered part of your deck, so you have 2 more card slots.

I didn't include the 3 directives you start with since they start out in play and are not part of the deck. The extra copies of Neutralize All Threats and Safety First are actually in the deck as well in case they get trashed or you want to replace them. Sorry if that wasn't clear!
