This is my current project Geist.

Burn a forger on a tag somewhere, maybe installing femme with Kiting. Get Nexus down and win the late game.

Use RNG key and Spycam to dominate the early to mid game.

I like this list, but don't think you really need credit kiting. Geist is his own Swiss Bank.
