Based on itsbigfoot's Argus rush, tweaked to be slightly less rushy but have a more stable midgame.

Main changes are Cortex Lock (so much fun early days with Casting Call, plays nicely with an Archer hit), Corporate Troubleshooter (absolute star against just about anything that's not D4v1d, goes great with Oaktown as you can safely sink down to 1c if you have to) and Global Food Initiative (found the High-Risk Investment a little too high-risk).

Dropped the second SEA Source - you could always swap one in for Cortex Lock but I've never really missed it.
