Brain Damaged Kit ver 2.0

Using Stimhack to it's fullest complimented with Public Sympathy, SMC, Clone Chips and Personal Workshop. In this new version I'm testing Notoriety for quick wins and to take advantage of the constant running and took out Indexing in favor of a 3rd R&D interface to try and lock down those agendas earlier. The Idea is to use yog to it's fullest extent early on to make cheap runs. and when the game carries on swap yog for torch to help with a datasucker lockdown or bigger ice.
