When Mushin No Shin advancing Project Junebug, I usually advance it an additional time on as my third click, for a total of 8 net damage if the runner accesses it. This is free due to the ETF credit. I use Mushin No Shin on Aggressive Secretary as well, even if the runner only has one program out, to maintain consistency in my bluffs. Mushin No Shin on Project Vitruvius, when successful, allows me to use Power Shutdown without consequence. I also quadruple advance Mandatory Upgrades; if it is successfully scored next turn I have two clicks to use, so it doesn't represent a significant tempo loss. Project Ares is an interesting agenda that hasn't had much application yet. It is only effective with 6 or 7 advancements, which is easier to accomplish with Mushin No Shin. The combination of Aggressive Secretary and Project Ares comes to represent a "Damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation for the runner; either way, they lose their programs.
Grim and Rototurret have been, and still are, a great way to catch the runner off guard. Inazuma and Corporate Troubleshooter can help to stick those program trashing subroutines. Guard is a nice include because if you trash the runner's killer than they have no to get past the other program trashing ice and they are blocked by an end the run subroutine. I prefer NEXT Bronze to Quandary as it doesn't die instantly to a Parasite without Datasucker.
Green Level Clearance and Blue Level Clearance are the preferred economy cards because, while this is a trap deck, there are only three traps. It is important for you to see and use them. Once you use a trap, you can recycle it with Archived Memories. The runner knowing you have a trap in hand doesn't lessen its effect; if you use Archived Memories to get back an Aggressive Secretary and then Mushin No Shin a facedown card, they are going to think twice before running on it. Power Shutdown is still usually the easiest way to trash an early Corroder, or maybe even something bigger if you have a few Archived Memories in hand.
Jackson Howard could be included in this deck, although I feel that Archived Memories is more effective for its purpose and the influence is already well spent. Reclamation Order could also be considered for more recursion. GRNDL Refinery is always tempting to use with Mushin No Shin, although that might be to influence intensive. Thomas Haas is an in-faction alternative.
This is a deck based around trashing programs to give second life to early ETR ice.
