I was considering under utilized cards yesterday, and had an idea for using Woman in the Red Dress in a Noise HQ deck.
At the start of the Runner's turn the top card of R&D is revealed.
If it's an Agenda or card the Corp wants they would draw it. The Runner now hits HQ with Nerve Agent to score the Agenda or trash the card with an Imp token. Otherwise they leave it on R&D and you have the option to mill it.
