What if we capsized?

This deck was created as a thought experiment. Hoshipko is still a great solid list, but what if we did not play the Boat? How powerful is K2CP Turbine and what does the list look like with it?

As second-best reg-ass console Keiko comes to mind and even gives 2 to power your final rig of 3 breakers, Turbine and Stargate. Especially Bukhgalter can be very rude, netting credits while breaking ice in conjunction with Trickster Taka and Keiko.

Is the list better than Hoshipko? No. Is it fun? Yes, at least for you! The late game is one of the most oppressive I have ever seen, while still being able to interact early often enough with a mix of Gachapon, Botulus and breakers. Yet, it can't reach the consistency of the Hoshipko list, as playing real breakers can often be a pain with Moshing.

Very nice! I remember seeing the Bukhalter and being very surprised.

Capsized was a name in consideration for Keel Over too. :)

Great list. I especially like the idea of using Bukhgalter to actually gwin credits while breaking an ice, very neat.

What were the consideration to not use Ice Carver and/or Leech here? I'm guessing card slot, since you replace those with only one card.

Also, was Mutual Favor considered to be used to have an additional tutoring card, on top of Gachapon?

Finally, since you let go of Mad Dash, was the deck experimented with only The Twinning and not Stargate?

@Diogene: Both Ice Carver and Leech don't give you the consistent 2 strength reduction, which is crucial against ice like Mausolus, Tollbooth, Envelopment, etc. It might be that one or two copies of Leech might have the same effect, but being purgable in the important turns with Mavirus might be relevant. Turbine is just so much more reliable.

Influence is rather tight these days with an obligatory 5 influence going into blue tech cards. Including Mutual Favor seems to be too high of a cost there for the benefit. With all the draw and Moshing, you tend to have your breakers and/or Botulus ready when you need it.

And finally, Stargate continues to be a very strong control card. I have been using The Twinning mainly to clear HQ, when necessary, so having access to both has been very nice.

Nice approach! It tells something when you can spend inf to import Bukhgalter and K2CP Turbine, I like it very much, as pumping the bin breakers often is horrible.
