Messing with Your Mind

Looking at this cardlist here looks somewhat confused as to your goal. Cards like Komainu, BOOM!, Shock!, and Snare!, I am seeing that you are looking to win by flat-lining the runner. However, you have several half steps to fulfilling that.

With cards like On the Lam, and Aaron Marrón now in play, tagging is made a little tougher to stick. Therefore, having only Hard-Hitting News and Cerebral Cast as your only means on placing tags does not lend you well to getting a BOOM! to fire. Furthermore, With Cerebral Cast, the runner chooses to take a tag or a brain damage.

I also want to point out that Mushin No Shin can't capitalize on any killing without a Project Junebug. Your goal is to kill the runner, not score out.

About your identity, why did you choose Nisei? Alone, this does not give teeth to Jinteki like Jinteki: Personal Evolution does or hits the runner's tempo like Jinteki: Replicating Perfection. That aside, this identity leaves it up to the runner to decide when to have it activate, with the exception of Cerebral Cast. As is, I believe that a different identity would allow this deck to hurt the runner more as well as allows for changing into more dangerous ICE.

What I see to improve this deck. First and most importantly, Fumiko Yamamori is your MVP. this will do a meat damage with EVERY Psi game, even if you both spend 0 credits. Marcus Batty is also a god send whether that is setting up an End the Run sub or looping it with Crick for potential massive meat damage. Since Rumor Mill hurts your assets and upgrades, throw in a Cerebral Static. Psychic Field with Fumiko can be an instant kill. Personally, I would ditch Snare! for a third Shock! since 3x of those in archives, 3x The Future Perfect, and Fumiko Yamamori is a kill as well.

Ditch BOOM!, Hard-Hitting News and Mushin No Shin. Throw in another GFI. Get more Psi games in this deck to really make your ID get you money. Look up the Psi subtype on the card search and find something to your liking.

That's not true. Fumiko Yamamori only triggers whenever you and the Runner spend a different number of credits on the Psi game. Also, as it triggers directly after revealing, that is, before the Psych Field hits, making it more of an anti-synergy than a synergy.

I agree with BOOM! and Hard-Hitting News being not the best choices for this deck. Mushin seems okay, as you can hardly score out otherwise, but you need traps in the deck to make it matter - either Cerebral Overwriter or Project Junebug. In theory and the current meta also Shattered Remains, but the other two are better in bringing you closer to victory. Which, in the most case, will be killing the Runner.

You don't need Cerebral Static. If you just want to get rid of the Runner current, Curfew is enough - even better, as it costs 0.
