Stealth Replication

Twitch 27

With the meta switching to heavy anti-anarch and successful run denial I figured it might be time to build something to take advantage of that.

Kate Stealth Replication is designed to use replicator to get out all of the hardware pieces you need as fast as possible and utilize the recurring stealth credits on solid breakers to tear through the corps ice with great efficiency. The rig is big but it can function with only a few pieces while you get the rest set up. Early game pressure isn't really there as you should be using the first few turns establishing yourself before you start going to town on the centrals.

The Breaker Suite:

Corroder: This card is the meat and potatoes of barrier breakers. It's inexpensive, efficient, and busts easily enough past most early to mid game breakers.

Dagger: Very efficient, and inexpensive. It will get thru most sentries in the game with 1 stealth credit. I found this to be better than Switchblade as it only needs 1 stealth credit to function and even without the stealth credits it can get past rototurret.

Refractor: Probably the best of the stealth breakers over all, inexpensive and efficient. 2 strength starting will get past the early game code gates, for 1 stealth credit you can break both tollbooth and lotus field.

Deus X: Ok so you should not be using this as an Icebreaker unless you absolutely must to get past something. It is here to eat all the nasty Jinteki tricks.

The soft goodst:

Cloak: Free install with Kate, gives you a stealth credit that applies to both your stealth breakers, and it can be tutoured with Self-modifying Code. This card gives you flexibility where you need it.

Magnum Opus: Here is your Day Job without having to commit a whole turn to get the creds.

Self-modifying Code: Have one of these in play before you run if your Suite isn't up and go hunting for what you need. Awesome card gets out the stuff you need.

Sneakdoor Beta: I know this may seem like the oddball but hear me out, this is your late game gold. The corp is going to start icing up R&D and HQ once your HQ Interface, and R&D Interface are out. Expect to see maybe 1 piece in front of archives and use this to punish that. Also most players won't see it coming.

The hard goods:

Replicator: This makes the deck work, use this to quickly tutor up all your other hardware without having to waste clicks to draw.

Akamatsu Mem Chip: Cheap memory.

Astrolabe: Cheap console, 1 memory, and it punishes NEH/shell game decks.

Clone Chip: Archer got you down? Will of the wisp break your favorite toy? Power shutdown hit? No worries pop on of these bad boys to get your tools back in play.

HQ Interface: Make those HQ runs profitable.

R&D Interface: Dig deep and score.

Lockpick: Power that Refractor.

Silencer: Power that Dagger.

Plascrete Carapace: Bring it on Argus and Scorch decks.

The Resource pool:

Ghost Runner: Can power your breakers, and in a pinch help you snag that NAPD or Fetal.

The Bag of Tricks:

Diesel: Dig Dig Dig for the pieces you are missing.

Modded: Make that Magnum Opus cheap or get out an expensive interface.

Indexing: Use these to not only set up agenda scores but to dictate what the corp has coming down the pipe.

Sure Gamble: Bread and butter, burst econ right when you need it.

What you should look for in an opening hand in order of importance: Replicator Magnum Opus Diesel Self-modifying Code Modded Cloak Sure Gamble

Always try and get Replicator in your opening hand as it powers one of the key mechanics of this deck.

Honestly this deck is easy to pilot, replicate all your hardware installs, Don't run unless you can power the stealth aspect of your breakers. And always make the corp react to your plays not the other way around.
