So I began testing this during the Netrunner finals while sitting in the organized play area.
Apocalypse is rough to play for non Apex runners because of not being able to do anything with the flipped cards. But what if you are playing a runner that doesn't keep any of his stuff on the board anyway?
do normal Geist things, maintain pressure, account siphon, get an eater down. Burn as much as you can, pop the tech writers, all your breakers that you can and then use doppel to get a run at the remote, force some more ice rezzes.
THEN, THEN you play Apocalypse and reset the board and you don't care because you already spent all your tricks, levy and restart the game fully ready to pressure, get your second eater out and keyhole and account siphon all over again and use your BnE tools to get into any remote with the corps limited ice.
it is important to note that doppel is also there so you can still apocalypse if you have to use same old thing to play it.
Enjoy,
The deck is currently 3/1

I dont really think chop bot is necessary just for that purpose I think its better to focus on winning by maintaining pressure |

Less relevant in the current meta, but doppelganger also allows Apocalypse to hit even when Enhanced Login Protocol is active. |

Definitely needs 3x Muertos Gang Member. You can pop them immediately prior to apocalypse when them rezzing won't matter anymore. It can help turn the screws to slow them down while setting up apocalypse. I would do Forger and Early Bird instead of access to globalsec/doppelganger/plascrete I think. Also, I think I would do Street Peddler instead of keyhole. |

Another thought: Express Delivery might be better than Special Order here - the card you're looking for might not be an icebreaker, it might be apocalypse. Also I am realizing that if street peddler hits your only copy of apocalypse, it would be fairly annoying. So maybe don't add that in there after all. |

In my opinion, an apocalypse deck should be able to capitalize on a wiped board. So maker's eye and indexing in favor of keyhole, medium and RDI. Legwork is obviously great. Independent think might be a good way to get rid of your facedown cards. By the way, apocalypse really suffers to architect. If you are running on it, you can derez it with crescentus before you hit Apocalypse. Seems like Apocalypse is a good fit for Geist. |

Couldn't you Same Old Thing your Apocalypse with the extra click from Doppleganger? |
Needs more Chop Bot 3000 to drop post-Apocalypse to make some use of those face down cards and a Trope to put you deck back together, just in case.
