"Sol"ely Covering the NAPD's Most Wanted

Technicolor 1

Kinda sorta Sol Fast Advance reworked with NAPD most wanted influence rules.

Alas this meant some less efficient barriers - bye bye Eli 1.0 and losing the fourth current in Enhanced Login Protocol

Economy

After more playtesting I found that if Targeted Marketing doesn't fire you end up light on econ. Still looking to avoid asset econ as a weird theme in this deck (call it a personal challenge) and Pop-up Window just doesn't trigger enough to dig you back out of a hole.

Enter Special Offer - having so many ways to get money on the runners turn can throw off their ability to determine your scoring windows, but you'll have to be opportunistic about when you rez SanSan City Grid.

Agendas

Global Food Initiative is not meant to be scored and combined with News Team you can require the runner to score 4 or potentially 5 agendas of a 9 agenda deck to win! You should apologize every time you shuffle 15 Minutes back into your deck, it's only polite.

Fast Track is actually important due to the light agenda density and you can always bait out a News Team or Cyberdex Virus Suite after pulling in the AstroScript Pilot Program or a winning 15 Minutes

Ice

Loading up on anti-AI ice in the current meta is never a bad idea and Wraparound combined with Turing can cause all kinds of problems for Eater and Faust

News Hound was of course made for all New Angeles Sol: Your News decks and while you really need your current out having a 2 cost 4 str 2 sub ETR anti-mimic sentry is nothing to sneeze at

Tactics

You have the ability to glacier up with Caprice Nisei and Turing or you can astrotrain your way to victory while making it difficult for the runner to find your agendas.

Knowing where to play Excalibur will win or lose you games. Determine what your opponent is trying to lock down and get it there when you can. This card usually ends up over R&D.

Archives quickly becomes a strange sort of NBN punishment as you pitch News Team and Cyberdex Virus Suite in with your Global Food Initiative or 15 Minutes
