I'll second cutting 2x Chakana for a 3rd Cache and also push for a 3rd Aesop's Pawnshop. Frankly, I'd recommend cutting all 3 Chakana and use Clot instead. I try to use Chakana a lot, but every time I conclude that Clot is easier to use and better FA hate. If you run 3x Cache and 3x Aesop's Pawnshop with 2-5 other 'disposable' viruses (e.g. Imp when it runs out of counters or Lamprey when HQ is well defended) then you will typically have enough econ to power a virus-shop for mills. Most viruses cost 1-3 to install, and each one mills the top card of R&D. I'd drop Earthrise Hotel for Wyldside. If you ever get sick of the card draw, then you can sell it to Aesop. Adjusted Chronotype can save you the click loss. I'd focus on either Gravedigger or Hemorrhage. Both are good cards, but I like Gravedigger a little more. If you choose Gravedigger, see if you can get up to 3x Imp and Parasite, since these cards will power Gravedigger. Also consider a 2nd gravedigger to get double counters from each trash. I don't think I'd run 3x Day Job, maybe just 1 or 2. If you'd like event econ, Dirty Laundry is probably better for you. I don't run Sure Gamble in Noise any more since it was the most expensive card I had in my deck, but you're running Darwin, who is credit-hungry. On to Darwin, he's a credit-hungry monster, who gets pushed back to 0 by a purge. This can give the corp very large scoring windows behind a 3+ strength ETR ICE remote, a Wraparound shuts you down pretty hard right now. Darwin can be powered up to be very strong, but he will get shut down, and the breathing room that makes for the corp may let them win the game. I tried running a deck similar to yours (based on netrunnerdb.com by @tyrellian), but I struggled to make it work. Basically it had to set up to win in a single turn glory run, but it was really hard to pull off. Some more current Noise decks that are very successful are running Faust. By some I mean all, it's a sadly narrow meta right now, but it is ruthlessly efficient. See netrunnerdb.com from @bewnt for a good example of a current Noise deck that is teched well for a FA meta. If you aren't worried about FA, then you can skip Clot. For most Noise decks I'd recommend keeping your 1x Hades Shard. The big strength of Hades is installing it from hand and using it before the corp has a paid ability window to fire Jackson. If you can steal 1-3 agendas early, and run a decent virus mill afterwards, then this move can often win games for you. |
If you are runnig Djinn you can cut 2 Chakanas because you can search for it easily. That would free up 4 influence. Put one more Cache in. Day Job is a good burst card but takes your whole turn away, that means: not milling. If you want money try Bank Job - you can sell it to Aesop's Pawnshop after taking 7 from it.
