This deck is mostly the brainchild of a lot of Val and Whizzard decks that are running around in the meta today. There were a couple cards I chose to leave out (Inject and Desperado, for example), and I will explain those off later on.
My strategy revolves around building a solid economy to support Corp shutdown and keep pressure going. Additionally, I'm trying to take advantage of the fact that variety is Anarch's best friend, and different draws will suggest different in-game strategies.
Dirty Laundry, Sure Gamble, Daily Casts, Kati Jones, Liberated Account are all here to help build huge economy. These should, in effect, prevent any dead turns and limit the amount of times I utilize click-for-credit transfers. Déjà Vu will help revitalize the card economy, especially with getting cards like Clone Chip and I've Had Worse back out of the heap. Wyldside and Adjusted Chronotype will synch nicely for card economy without losing clicks consistently.
I decided to be modest with Icebreaker and Program numbers, as versatility is the key with this deck. Being able to draw with Wyldside and I've Had Worse will definitely help bring important cards into my grip.
I chose Grimoire over Desperado solely because I can't meet the influence requirement with 2 Desperados, and I chose to pass up on Inject for now. If I feel like I'm not drawing into enough programs, I'll consider throwing it back into the deck for something else.
There's a couple events in my area coming up this week that I'm definitely going to try this deck out at. Hopefully this performs well!

Yeah, IMHO take out one clone chip and put in two Desperados. You don't really need three Clone Chips, especially if you're not running Clot. You already get a lot of use out of Parasites with Deja Vu and Datasuckers. |
Make your Laundries Scrubbers and you're good to go.
