[Startup] I Joined The WC To Kill People

My first ever Corp deck used in a local CO. Goal of the deck is to keep Punitive Counterstriking and recurring it constantly, with very few agendas in the deck (but they're worth a lot of points, so one turn can have you do 6 net damage by playing Punitive reliably twice in one turn.

Ignore the "this decklist is not legal", it seemed to have changed the banlist to Standard. This is for Startup.
