No Boat - 2nd Ottawa Circuit Breaker

This is the runner I took to the Ottawa Circuit Opener today. Because I'm foolish and a contrarian, I decided not to bring the Boat deck, but to go with my old faithful Aniccam and tech somewhat for Drago R+. That worked, as it did perform admirably against the R+ in the one game I played against it, in the end it went 2-2 on the day (Losses to Sportsmetal rush and NEH Bladderwort Prison, Wins against R+ and PD).

The drip econ, Pinhole, Free Lunch, and Misdirection make it very hard for Drago decks to stick tags, and Khusyuk and Deep Dive are for searching for those 3 point agendas. Unfortunately, the early game suffers a bit, which is why I opted for 3x Jailbreak as some early multiaccess and draw to speed things up a bit.
