I've tried something like this before to varying degrees of success. I really like it! It's a shame Blackguard is so expensive, I don't even understand why. Notoriety is a nice touch, didn't think about that one. Have you considered trying Gang Sign and HQ Interface with this? I don't know what you'd swap it out for though..

The deck is a modified version of netrunnerdb.com so I have not been highly original here.

I played the deck couple of times yesterday and found it really strong. What I really like about this deck is the relatively good flexibility to where you can steal agendas. It really opens up various strategies against different corp. I feel having Gang Sign and HQ Interface would narrow down the threat too much around HQ.
