[Speedrunning Startup] Two much two handle

This list was developed for the stream "Speed Running the Startup format", Sanjay and my attempt to set a world record by winning a game with each of the Startup runner IDs with only 20 minutes per ID. Check out the stream here on Saturday, July 2nd, 1 PM EST.

This Lat deck has a pretty simple yet not very innovative plan. It revolves around trying to make all three Khusyuk digs as fast as we can. Most of our hardware and programs have an install cost of 2, including most of our icebreakers. We find them, we install them, and we dig. Rejig can be used, in addition to Simulchip, to reposition our Botulus and reload our Revolver (if we decide not to toss the gun).
