This is... just an idea.
The idea is, of course, to abuse Haarpsichord for all it's worth by playing the NBN version of the Jinteki shell game. Traps! Tags! Mushin!
Psycho isn't intended to be a one-turn-win - thus, no Beale. Rather, it becomes a fast advance tool once you've stuck just a couple of tags. Mushin a breaking news, score it on your turn, pscyhographics something out fast! If the runner floats your tags, Psycho becomes a second mushin - and that's good.
Kitsune and Award Bait are the stars - imagine placing that restructured datapool behind a kitsune. When the runner hits kitsune, offer them award bait - if they take it, advance that Datapool twice. IF you mushin'd it out to start with? That's a five advanced agenda for two clicks - can't go wrong there.
Plan B has a new home - Mushin that plan B, and let the runner come zooming in, scoring you an Astroscript, Award Bait, or Breaking News out of hand. If they don't come for it? Back channel for the cash - Ghost branch feeds psychographics, as does midseasons, which can be a nasty one-two punch on a turn.
Oh, you kitsuned into that Award Bait? Now I'll Midseason you, take all of the tags, and pyschographics another agenda on top of the one you let me score for free. Thanks!
The ice isn't especially nasty - mostly incentive to keep the runner guessing as to which one's your Kitsune.
The only bad part? I can't yet tax the runner on access with a Snare - but that's what Haarpsichord is for; agendas now limit the damage a runner can do.
We'll see how it plays!

I think you are missing a trick by not including Beale. A Mushin'd Beale left alone by the runner is 3 points!
