This deck hurts itself to clan vengeance HQ dumps. I've play it zero times, and estimate it at tier 6.3.

Clan Vengeance only gets 1 power counter per instance of damage regardless of the amount of damage dealt, so spending the influence to get a Tri-maf just to sacrifice to a Pawnshop for 3 meat damage to get one counter would be less than ideal. |

dang that's killer if you can get those titanium ribs up early too so you don't have to worry about losing something you don't want to, run cortex lock to build up counters. would maw be too much though? |
Tri-maf Contact + Aesop's Pawnshop for 3 more power counters on your Clan Vengeance? Also, Plascrete Carapace isn't a bad idea to reduce the meat damage to 1 for each install. Consider a Hades Shard to grab all the agendas out of the trash. Finally, add Fisk Investment Seminar to force the corp to draw up before you make them throw it all in the trash.
