[Startup] Motorcycle Ken on Double Breakers

Based on my suggested edits to a previous deck by Diogene. I've found this iteration of the deck too slow and too poor - it takes much longer to get rolling, and that's not good for the Criminal game plan.

The main problem IMHO is the amount of deck slots and influence required to double up on the breakers, and selecting breakers for long-term efficiency is hurting here. Corroder and Unity are each cheaper than Cleaver and Buzzsaw, and because we have so many tricks, the extra efficiency in the breaker suite doesn't pay off as much as it does in, say, Shaper. In addition, we've lost the third Legwork, the third Daily Casts, the third The Class Act, among other things.

Fencer Fueno does great work against asset-heavy decks, and The Class Act's filtering makes clicking to draw rather nice — she might be a good include over Earthrise Hotel. The Ice Carver gives decent efficiency against a lot of the ICE pool, but less so if we give up Cleaver and Buzzsaw. Still, 1/ICE (on average) is nothing to sneeze at; a 1-of for longer games might be justified?
