Whenever I've played the oxford decks, I've felt Bladderwort and NGO Front are not enough to be the core econ engine. And I think Mlinzi fits surprisingly well into a grinder deck like this. So, play Charlotte Caçador, and protect her with Mlinzi, and try to get one or two triggers off her before the runner goes in to trash. And of course, load-bearing Regolith Mining License. Use Regoliths to bounce back from Diversion of Funds - it's ok to leave one unrezzed if you're expecting a doof.

I think it needs one more Trick of Light.
