With grail ICE in hand, any rezzed grail ICE you have with Midway Station Grid will be taxing at least 6 credits to the runner.
Little Engine becomes a huge tax while you have a Midway Station Grid up, as well. Little Engine by itself is a pretty huge credit check. Against the common code gate suite, it basically means the runner has to have a huge amount of credits to get into your scoring remote or centrals.
Grail ICE forces the runner to start running carefully. Without a full rig, they risk losing their breakers to net damage or their installed stuff being trashed.
Early game, to set up a remote to score the first Astroscript (ideally just a Little Engine that they can't break). If you don't suspect clot and you've scored that first Astro, fast advance as normal and protect your centrals .If you do suspect clot, it's OK! A midway remote will be taxing for the runner and you can just develop your remote and score behind it.
Overall, I've had a lot of fun playing the deck. It's always a surprise to the runner since they're expecting astrobiotic and butcher shop.
