It's just Mr. Hands - SG Districts

I ended up bringing Mr Hands Deep Dive Sable because I didn't really want to think too much about my deck, and it's tried and tested. I've brought and done well with it at events with so why not?

Round 2 vs Tarko (PD)

Despite being Sable I feel like this can still be tough since I’m on DD. Turn 1 Tarko greasings out a Offworld and proceeds to score it. A bit later I snipe an Ikawah and i just run for value with Bravado and bypass until I draw into deep dive. Eventually I steal an ADT and begin to setup for Dive.

Unfortunately, our game gets cut short on an ADT score + accidental shuffle in which leads to a game loss. I did have Deep Dive in hand and would try for the win the next turn with S-Dobrados.

Round 3 vs Phoenix2072 (PD)

This was a tough match. I go for an early Deep Dive and steal an Ikawah. Centrals are lightly defended with Drafter on Archives and two facedown on RnD and HQ.

Phoenix starts setting up a scoring remote and after he pushes out 2 points and I start digging for solutions to the ice.

Eventually he goes for a facedown install in the remote I try for another Deep Dive with Malandragem and Lucky Charm for an MIC.

The Deep Dive wiffs and I get nothing.

He scores out an ADT and fetches a Anoetic with a click left and jams into the remote. Uh oh. Thankfully he's a bit low on creds so I decide to run the remote for pressure. I get stopped by a gatekeeper but that also means he does not have enough to score next turn, unless he has double Seamless.

I don't really have much to do except randomly check centrals and time gets called anyway.

Loss

Finals vs Kyra (Aginfusion)

Turn 1 she leaves HQ open and i snipe a Bacterial off a Dirty Laundry.

I draw my 3 deep dives on turn 2 or 3 and start to set up with Daily Casts and some draw. Kyra doesnt seem to have econ and starts to slowly advance a card in the remote with La Costa Grid.

She has 7 credits and i have some bypass on the board. I run for the deep dive turn and steal a Bacterial. i then play a second Deep Dive to steal Offworld for the win

After the game she reveals it to be an Urtica slowly cooking in the remote, and I'm very glad the game wasn't able to reach a point where I would be forced to pinhole in case it was a Clearinghouse.
