This is the Precision Design list I took to the [NGN] LUGD 2023 Startup Tournament #1. I placed 1st overall in our 6 person tournament and went 3-0 with this list.
The main idea here was to go back to the fundamentals with taxing ice and fast advance in a meta I believe is tech'd to survive tag & kill.
Sticking with the classic Manegarm Skunkworks / Anoetic Void combo in the remote, plus some ice that is taxing on boat such as Ansel 1.0, this list can be sufficiently frustrating for the runner. The harmonic suite works pretty nicely as well. Once Echo gets 3+ counters it can also be pretty annoying for the boat. Pulse works pretty nicely when a runner is counting on clicks to break Manegarm Skunkworks and Bloop can be downright dirty.
I was originally running more Nanisivik Grid but I went with a 1x, primarily to throw on archives if I came up against a lot of sabotage.
Anvil can really help slow down attacks on centrals and played quite effective, so I would probably cut the Nanisivik Grid and go for +1 Anvil. I would also probably drop the Nico Campaign for +1 Regolith Mining License.
I went with a 49 card list to help a bit against getting decked by anarchs while also remaining sufficiently consistent.
