Get Reaver, then keep rolling. Lots of little tricks. Mulligan for Aesops mostly, but Astrolabe/Scavenge/Indexing/Sahasrara are good too.
Sahasrara + MKUltra provides infinite fuel if you need it. Imp substitutes for Film Critic, but is awesome regardless and if you trash an installed card with it you get to draw from Reaver. DaVinci gets you Chameleon mid-run and draws you a card. You have link so Citadel Sanctuary is worthwhile, and floating tags can be fine if you can spare your Aesop's, since you've got Misdirection.
You can always SMC -> Stimhack -> Femme anything, e.g. Kabo for SMC, Indexing, Stimhack R&D (and Femme a Miraju.)
Needs further tweaking, but this is the core of the deck. New cards from 6th pack will be nuts in here.

The deck plays fast and loose with the programs, installing and selling as need be. Midgame you should only need 3 breakers at a time, whichever they are, plus Reaver, probably a utility program, and maybe 1 flex slot. When you're not breaking, your icebreakers don't actually need to be on the board. Chameleon returns to your hand, Brahman puts itself and others back into your deck if need be, and MKUltra sits in your heap waiting to be used. |

Cache seems worse than Harbinger here, since Cache doesn’t work with Wu or Brahman and costs a credit to install. Is there something I’m missing? |

An interesting point. Cache gets you money immediately, and without Aesop's, and works on its own with Scavenge. However, I can definitely see cutting at least 1 Cache or Stimhack for one or more Harbingers simply because it takes no MU. |
Do you think Dhegdheer is enough MU to handle a deck completely full of programs?
