Whenever I see cards that give you lots of MU, my first thought (like many) is "oh man, this would be great with Overmind. Enter MemStrips. 3 MU for 2 install with Kate's ability is a steal. I'm not the first person to combine LLDS Processor and Overmind recursion, but I think this is the best version of that deck to exist.
This deck is a strange hybryd between Shaper and Criminal. It doesn't have the traditional rig-building (outside of the hardware setup) of Shaper, and tends to use events to make the big plays.
It runs the standard PPVP Kate economy with a backup Kati Jones. LLDS Processor is there to power up your Overminds, and because of this Test Run and Scavenge are your best events for getting you successful runs. You want to burn through your deck as fast as you can, setting up the 2x memstrips, 3x Prepaids and 3x LLDS. I included one Femme Fatale to deal with pesky swordsmans. If you think your opponent has one, save a test run / scavenge combo for Femme to get it out ASAP.
ID - This started as an Exile deck, but I quickly realized how much stuff I'm going to be installing. It can still work with him, but I think I'd change the econ. Also I'm interested to see if it would work with Hayley Kaplan, since I'm sure I would be able to utalize the click compression with her power as well as Comet for all of those Scavenge -> Legwork/Index plays I perform.
Cards - There are several cards I have previously ran or considered running. First is Uninstall, but I soon realized I already have enough tricks for Overmind recursion. I also used to run Notoriety because in the endgame it is pretty easy to make 3 solid runs, but constellation ice has put a quick damper on that. I am also unsure about Indexing over Maker's Eye, but I feel like the fact that since this deck wants to make as many runs in one turn as it can, I'd include Indexing.
This deck so far is 11-2 in testing. One of the losses was me misplaying vs Argus Security. The second was to classic NEH where I mulled into a hand of 3x Quality Times. This deck will have the most trouble against very fast decks, but since it can strike at almost any time it can strike with a Legwork when quick decks least expect it. I played one game against a NEXT deck, and Next Silver can be an issue but as long as you can get your Levy off it shouldn't be a problem.
