The deck is primarily focusing on getting as much money as possible and buy your way to victory. Sandburg is your way to freedom but throwing some planks under runners feet will make your life much much easier.
Agendas are skwered to be extreme low density and maximum effect, hence Oaktown and SDS Drone Deployment. Both have a separate win conditions, Oaktown lets you lock Runners out of your servers with Sandburg, SDS Drone Deployment helps you shoot the breakers from board while Clearinghouse does the same with hand and remove them from the game with Ark Lockdown.
Above the Law might help you get rid some nastiness like Backstitching.
Vulnerability Audit can be scored in remote server where it's installed without any advance on it with Audacity so it's you can close tha game or score Above The Law from hand.
VA culd be replaced with just about any other 5/3 agenda though.
Primarily you want to keep your money up and the breakers out of the way. In the meantime you advance money agendas and Ice, especially Pharos and Colossus. Preferably not with clicks but using Oduduwa and Wall to Wall.
Most important never click for money! If you need money advance ice or assets.
You want about 2 ice in front of Sandburg preferably Pharos and Mestnichestvo and about 2 ice on your scoring server, central servers are usually fine with 1 if you credit pool is 40+.
Light the Fire! can scrub you Sandburg so keep your Spins in case you need to recure one of the Sandbergs but don't be afraid to Extract Spin Doctor should you have need for more cash.
With recurring breaks in the heap it usually is better to let Runner score the agenda from remote or let Runner in to a central servers and dig for Ark Lockdown if your ice rig is not set up yet and you wait for Sandburg.
It's about the only deck that worked for me in locking down the K2CP Turbine and Diversion of Funds meta we are atm.
Sabotage supported by Bankhar can still cleave through your setup so having ice with lots of subs like masvingo should be your priority for cental servers.
