Name comes from 'Damned if you do, damned if you don't.'

The deck shouldn't care if it wins or loses the Psi games. They're better when they're won, of course, but it usually doesn't end up mattering a whole lot.

I'm worried about the econ in this deck. All the psi games ended up taking a lot of room in the deck. This is actually why I went with the Scorched Earth combo with Cerebral Cast. It takes the least number of deck slots to pull off.

Reclamation Order is for getting back multiples of either Trick of Light or Scorched Earth. I'm not one hundred percent sure the Trick of Light should even be in this deck, testing will see where I'm at. (Clairvoyant Monitor is the only thing that puts counters for it besides Ronin)

Because I had so few slots, that's also why I went with Melange Mining Corp. for primary method of economy. Fewest card slots to be most impactful.
