System.Threading v0.5

FarCryFromHuman 113

This is about as brute-force as it gets.

Econ: You've got a slow start, but getting Magnum Opus and Personal Workshop into play as fast as possible is the idea. You've also got Stimhack and Modded to help get the really big stuff installed.

Replicator and Professional Contacts are your draw engines, both great in Hayley, nothing new here.

There's a lot of memory; you need it.

There are a lot of programs. There are six breakers; you've got options for the three of your choice. Play to the matchup, this deck sets up for mid to late game. You can do aggression, but make good decisions about which breakers to install.

Personal Workshop, Savoir-faire, Self-modifying Code are Hayley's trifecta of install options. Any of these can trigger a free program install from hand, and PW also gives you hardware (but telegraphs the play).

Cloak, Multithreader, Lockpick and The Toolbox enable you to spend your money on installs, not on runs. Multithreader also lets you fire off Savoir-faire and SMC.

I went with Sacrificial Construct over Clone Chip; this is probably a bad call with Hayley but I want to see how it pans out, and it's better with Study Guide.

Wishlist:

  • More hand size.
  • Damage prevention.
  • FA protection.
  • HQ multi-access.
Possible cuts:
  • Most of the hardware, minus the memory.
  • Sacrificial Construct.
  • Savoir-faire, but only if I don't get hand size in here.
  • Medium, for multi-access, to save influence.
