Preamble
Greetings. With rotation happening, uncertainty around the corner and worlds looming, I wanted to present this deck to the community finally, after a lot of testing, playing, fun and tweaking. It is not a very good deck still, but I want to move on from this particular arch type. I hope that, somebody else also has fun with it or even better, make it Tier 1.

Spirit of the deck

The main combo this deck builds on is having 6 clicks to tag and meat the runner. Support cards build on having the runner tagged.

Strengths, weaknesses

This deck is very strong early game, due to the cheap-ish rush ice and strong burst economy. However, as the burst of money peters out, you get siphoned to death or the runner builds a strong end game position, this deck begins to lack. For example, the ICE suite are not a significant barrier late game, and there is no way to solidly close out the game by tagging and killing a wary runner.

Notes

Thank you to @sanjay and the rest of the netrunner community. For the curious, each 'v' represents around 14 to 18 iterations. This deck is in its third round of tweaking.
