[RAM] Technically a Legal Deck (2-2, second place)

I spent probably a good 80 minutes trying to figure out a runner that looked like a real deck for this RAM, and just utterly failed. Everything was just looked like a pile of garbage. So I figured if I was going to play a pile of garbage, I'd play the one that got to install some cards that do stuff at the start of the game and hope the Corps flooded. Won two games that way, died two games that way (including the final), but my corp deck carried, so I'll take it.
