Endless tinkering of my turbochaos max efficiency rig has led to Garrote in over cloak + dagger, which opens up some Jinteki hate. Modded vs. Personal Workshop is a question, as is what I should do with the last to 2 influence.

I'd consider a couple of Stimhacks and more SMC. SMC + stimhack = fun.

If Jinteki goes back to its old "not played very often" state, I'd totally consider -2 Feedback Filter, +2 Stimhack, -1 Test Run, +1 SMC.
