Corporation mill deck!
Fetal AI, NAPD Contract, Shi.Kyū to stall and buy time. Hostile Infrastructure and Snare! to slow down R&D digs. Semi taxing ICE to drain Runner economy. Chronos Project to gimp recursion.
Cute trics: Chum + Kitsune + Snare! or Fetal AI.
Ver: 0.2 changes:

- +1 Tollbooth, -1 Architect
- +1 Lotus Field, -1 Chum
- +1 Shi.Kyū, -1 Hokusai Grid
Overall, the deck was performing better than I expected. Snare! or Shi.Kyū are such perfect targets for Shell Corporation. I have yet to play against Account Siphon.. that's probably going to be a rather bad matchup.
