Unified MaxX v1.2

First thing's first. The "Unified" in the deck name stands for unified card pool. I own 2 Core Sets, all the deluxe expansions (sans Terminal Directive), 1 of every pack (except a second Opening Moves), and 1 of each World Championship deck. My decks are built with the consideration that I would own a gauntlet of decks, at least one per main faction. If the decks seem sub-optimal, that's because in a way, they are.
