Adam Smashes All Your Servers

iherdn3rfz 103

Pretty straight forward Adam deck.

Take advantage of Always Be Running and Neutralize All Threats to apply early pressure. Once Always Be Running becomes more of a liability, blank it with Dr. Lovegood and build up your board. Camp remotes, check HQ now and then (with your free HQI) and R&D lock to put the game away.

Self-modifying Code lets you face-check ice with even more impunity and threaten double iced servers early. (or just save two clicks)

Public Sympathy and Brain Cage to enable the card draw from Safety First ASAP as well as get to a healthy hand size.

Late game rig is insane with Datasucker and Multithreader. Femme Fatale for any annoying ice like Tollbooth and mythics or breaking big sentries in an emergency if datasuckers counters become premium.

Kati Jones provides long-term econ while Armitage Codebusting can help you recover after being forced to trash random assets.

Ideal opening hand would probably be something like:

Dirty Laundry

Kati Jones

Self-modifying Code

Public Sympathy

Scrubber or more econ

Click 1: Dirty Laundry

Click 2: SMC

Click 3: Kati

Click 4: Load Kati

One card I would like to include is e3 Feedback Implants, but I'm not sure what I would cut for it to get influence. But, at the same time, it would only be useful against multi-sub ice early game when I'm relying on Always Be Running and be more of a dead card in the mid to late game.

Why Refractor and not Zu?

@Maerik I feel Refractor is just all around better for the same install cost and influence. The most common early code gate is Enigma, and you need to pump ZU.13 Key Master for that. Between the Datasucker and the three Ghost Runner, I haven't had much trouble dealing with bigger code gates either.
