My first deck I've published so here goes...
What am I trying to do with this deck?
The main goal of this deck is to use the conspiracy breakers (Paperclip, MKUltra and Black Orchestra) as efficiently as possible when paired with e3 Feedback Implants and Ice Carver. Instead of paying the high expense on the conspiracy breakers for just one more sub, you can use e3 Feedback Implants and Ice Carver does a lot of work. Medium is your multi access element of the deck.
You can use Inject for good draw without worrying about trashing your programs and I've Had Worse after you get a Plascrete Carapace or two for further draw.
-NOTE- Şifr is used, not Grimoire
Aside from a tempo hit, Şifr makes an excellent console for ice destruction when paired with Parasite. The two MU let you throw those parasites all over the place and support your rig. The reduction in hand size is part of the reason I put Plascrete Carapace in on top of I've Had Worse as opposed to other meat damage mitigation cards.
For economy, you have the handy dandy Temüjin Contract and good olde Liberated Account and the ever present Sure Gamble. All of these combined seem to be sufficient to get set up and make enough runs to close out a game.
Why Quetzal?
Simply, Quetzal: Free Spirit benefits from e3 Feedback Implants which in turn pair well with the conspiracy breakers and small, cheap ETR gear check barriers are less of a bother right off the start.
Here's to a first go at "proper" deckbuilding.
-Edit one-
Less cutlery, more dirty laundry. Might change that to scrubber, who can say?
-Edit two-
One less ice carver, no dirty laundries, added 2 scrubbers and a salsette slums. Better or worse, who can say?
-Edit three-
One less Sifr, one less plascrete, 2 more peddlers.

Looks good, but I think you'll find you'll need 3 more economy cards, maybe dirty laundries or Daily Casts, because you're not Whizzard and you have to use real money to trash things :) |

agreed with the other commentators...this seems like a pretty good build, I might go 2x Inject and 1x Plascrete Carapace as a way to get 2 more econ cards into the deck...or even put 2x Scrubber. |

This looks good, I'm tinkering with my own version of this. Ice Carver is unique, so even if your intention is to see it early, it might be a dead draw up to twice more in a game. Most people play 1x Ice Carver only. I also think 3x for a 5-cost console is a bit heavy. The only console I see played as a 3x with any consistency is Desperado. |

Oh, another thing: I think it makes sense to choose between cutlery and parasite recursion as a means of destroying ice, but not both. |

Making an Entrance is also an underutilized card that can thin your deck with the amount of duplicates you have. |

Thanks for the input! It is much appreciated and I'm enjoying developing my deckbuilding. For my next edit I think I'll go to 2 ice carvers and no dirty laundry. Instead I'll put in 2 scrubbers and a salsette slums (keeping one knifed). |
