This is cool :) You asked for suggestions in ECG.
Daniela Jorge Inácio isn't as strong as Adrian Seis.
I would try and include 2-3 Brân 1.0 that ice is extremely strong right now.
I would play Hedge Fund, you could play a few less Urtica Cipher or ice to find the slots.
I would replace the orbitals and longevity with 2x Send a Message.
Spin Doctor is also really good.
Cybersand Harvester is fun but less powerful then some of the other cards available. I would recommend some or all of these swaps ⬇️

Over all, great first build :) definitely looks fun. There are cool synergies you found and I'm sorry to be recommending you remove some of them, but they will probably be harder to use then expected and the deck would benefit from more money. By all means do try whatever seems fun. you can also bring extra cards and test different things in each game I often do that at the meet ups.
