Build to be Fast [Startup]

Fast advance in Startup, which got more powerful with the recent ban.

Game plan : Score out from hand.

Mulligan plan : you need at least one ice at the start.

Fairly straightforward. Protect your centrals and get rich. If the runner does not force you to rez ices, you can safely score behind one of the big ices.

Here, I tried to make the deck as fast as possible, using Predictive Planogram, Sprint and Spin Doctor, along with a 40 cards size.

Initially, this deck was made when Endurance was part of Startup. I wanted to outrace it. Having half the ices with 3 subs means I could tax Endurance a bit more and make Tsakhia "Bankhar" Gantulga more difficult to use. Now, that Endurance is banned, this is much more viable.

With 6 bad publicity cards in 40 cards, you should be able to get 4 bad pub by turn 9, allowing you to threaten with Regulatory Capture to finish the game.

Project Atlas was chosen, instead of Azef Protocol, because it is easier to play (no trashing required) and can give us a useful counter. If you want, you could replace one Project Atlas or one Regulatory Capture by Above the Law. Those agendas can be scored early without Biotic Labor, behind a piece of ice.

In the early game, Tithe is taxing and annoying. Later, it is a great target for Extract, as it becomes meaningless with 2 or more bad publicity.

Tree Line is an amazing ice that you want to rez as early as possible. Once rezzed, you can use the two other copies of Tree Line to fill out Pharos. And boosting it can put it out of range of Cleaver + K2CP Turbine.

Double ice R&D and HQ as early as possible, triple ice according to the matchup (HQ vs Esâ Afontov: Eco-Insurrectionist, R&D vs others).
