Yeah so this is way better than the first version I published.
This can win in a few violent ways. The first and easiest is to "rush" a See How They Run behind a gearcheck. For best results you should have End of the Line in hand and ready to go but if the runner doesn't check it you can usually just leave it in the remote and pretend it's a failed Urtica Cipher or whatever. There's very little the runner can do to stop you from scoring the SHTR (Sh*tter) and killing them with its damage, the PE damage, and EOTL. Except for: Steelskin Scarring, No Free Lunch, Aniccam, Marrow, etc. etc.
Another, ballsier way you can win is by dumping a Bacterial Programming into archives and moneying up. They'll check it eventually, allowing you to dig for any combination of Public Trail, End of the Line, and best of all Punitive Counterstrike. If it's the first agenda they've stolen you can go super ballsy and use the first BacProg trigger to dump ANOTHER BacProg into Archives. The runner will have to access it, allowing you to dig even further for money and kill cards and to kill them with just the one Punitive even on a full hand.
Every once in a while you can use Orbital Superiority as a worse SHTR - you get a tag and a damage, so EOTL can kill them if they happened to be at 4 at the end of their turn. You're probably never going to kill them with the agenda itself, though, unless they landed on a Snare!.
You're mostly going to be using the boring mode on Mindscaping, but it lets you drae, get a little cash, and put Snares on R&D. Your assets are your draw and money tools and waste time if the runner checks them. Don't hesistate to dump a BacProg with Hansei Review - it sets you up for a Punitive play and even if you don't get it you can see if you can find the rest of your combo pieces to jam with.
ICE is mostly gearchecks and cards that bite. I haven't rezzed a Cloud Eater yet - only do it if you can guarantee a nasty hit and are rich enough to continue moving while the runner recovers.
I don't usually play Jinteki but this deck plays fast and fun!
